Technology may be used effectively and fairly to change how teaching and learning take place in schools. Digital tools connect efforts to determine what students should know and be able to perform and enable students and educators monitor progress toward attaining academic goals, which can boost student learning. Schools are urged to implement innovative teaching methods and technology that effectively engage the digital generation in order to fulfill the needs of modern pupils and ensure that they are prepared for college and careers. As a result, all students will have an equal chance to learn from instructors who are qualified to offer the digital possibilities that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration.

We believe that technology ought to be used to enhance creative pedagogy based on current theories of thinking and learning as well as subject-matter expertise. Students must be given the tools they need to adapt and adjust in a world that is dynamic. The initiative for personalized learning will:
