This is a leaflet that present a briefer about the ICT Policies in the Philippines. The second page of the leaflet under the ''Empowering Through ICT Competency'' highlights the Philippines' commitment to empowering individuals through ICT competency. It stated that the Philippines collaborates with various stakeholders to establish standards for ICT competency used in education and training.

''Enriching Education with ICT''. This part focuses on how ICT is being used to enrich education in the Philippines. The ICT4E aims to elevate the quality of education through the integration of ICT and infrastructure development. The ICT in Education Masterplan provides strategic roadmap for faculty development and the integration of ICT into education. The Open Content in Education Initiative on the other hand converts educational materials into interactive multimedia content and promotes web-based educational resources.

''Connecting Minds with Technology''. This section emphasizes the Philippines' goal of connecting individuals with technology for enhanced learning and innovation. The iSchool WebBoard empowers teachers by enabling them to create and share online self-learning materials. The PhedNet on the other hand establishes a secure network for educational materials and applications promoting connectivity between students, teachers and parents. The eSkwela aims to establish community eLearning Centers, offering Ict-enhanced alternative education options for out-of-school youth.
